Why We Crawl

Built For Dads Who Deserve An Afternoon Off

Between coaching little league, fixing lawnmowers, and maintaining grass lines, DG dads work hard. The Downers Grove Bar Crawl (DGBC) was created as an annual tradition to bring neighborhood fathers together for great brews, laughs, and zero stress.

  • 100% Walkable Route: Centralized around Main Street and downtown Downers Grove.
  • Ironclad Excuse To Party: It's a PTA event, for goodness sake! You'd be a monster if you didn't attend.
  • Local PTA Support: All proceeds go directly to the Whittier PTA. I'm not saying this punches your ticket to heaven, but it can't hurt, ya know?

Crawl Essentials Checklist 0/9 Done

  • Your Ticket. Buy it now and spread the word!
  • Official DGBC T-Shirt. We’ll be in touch via email on sizing. Respond when it’s time though otherwise you’re getting an XL.
  • Liquid IV. Order it now so you have it on the morning of Sunday the 8th.
  • AirTag. You can share it with your wife so she can track where you are.
  • AirTag Dog Collar. We’re going to strap our AirTags to some wild dogs so we get to stay out as late as we want.
  • Paramotor. Arrive at the bar crawl in style. Make plans to leave it somewhere overnight though. You shouldn’t paramotor after drinking.
  • Cash. Can’t help you with a link here. You’ll have to contact your bank.
  • Place To “Lose” Your Phone. Toss your phone in this creek so you can’t be contacted for the rest of the day.
  • Pants. Sorry, you’ll need to wear pants to this event.
